2012-2013 Supply Chain Minority Scholarships Presented by General Mills
There will be (1) $2,000 scholarships and (3) $1,000 scholarships awarded by General Mills.
Scholarship Criteria:
1. Minimum 3.0 undergraduate GPA
2. Must be a rising freshman, sophomore or junior
3. OSU student majoring in: Transportation/Logistics, Operations Management, and Purchasing
4.Must have a demonstrated interest in supply chain
5.Must have demonstrated leadership skills

The Shell Scholarship Presented by The Logistics Association
There will be (2) $1000 scholarships awarded by The Logistics Association to qualified applicants.
TO qualify you must 1. be attending The Ohio State University during Autumn Quarter 2011, and 2. Applicants must have a specialization in Logistics.
Discuss why you are a qualified recipient of the award. As well as why you chose Logistics as your specialization and your plans for after you graduate. The Essay should be 1-3 pages long, double spaced 1 inch margins and Times New Roman Font. Email your application to thelogisticsassociation@gmail.com by Friday May 20th at 5 PM.
2011 Supply Chain Scholarships presented by The Dow Chemical Company
This scholarship opportunity is a written competition for 2 $1,000 dollar scholarships
Eligibility Requirements
applicants must be undergraduates graduating in spring 2012 or later.
applicants must have either a Operations Management or Logistics Specialization.
applicants must also have a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
Students must submit their resume, current transcript and Essay question response which must be less than 4 pages 1.5 spacing, using research & citations as appropriate.
The Essay question is “How can sustainability practices improve business continuity in global supply chains in the event of large scale, unexpected disruptive events?”
