Crowe Horwath’s Performance Consulting practice is holding a case competition on April 8th, with prizes awarded to the top three teams.

Teams of 4 can apply by submitting resumes to nick.oberhouse@crowehorwath.com before April 1st.

Crowe Horwath’s Performance consulting group wants to give students a realistic picture of the challenging career a young professional would experience in our firm.

Twelve teams of four students will be given 1.5 hours to resolve a case directly from a Manufacturing and Distribution client example. Each team will then give a five minute presentation to a Crowe panel. Three finalist teams will be selected to present in a final round.

Teams must apply and be accepted to compete. All majors are encouraged to participate.

o   1st Place Team – $500 in Amazon Gift Cards
o   2nd Place Team – $300 in Amazon Gift Cards
o   3rd Place Team – $200 in Amazon Gift Cards

Fourth Annual Fisher Simulation Case Competition

TLA 2015 Case Competition

 

The 4th Annual Fisher Simulation Case Competition will be held on February 27th-28th and will give both undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to demonstrate their strategic planning skills in a simulated market where each team’s actions impact the entire market place as a whole. Over $3,000 in cash prizes will be awarded and there will be opportunities to network with this year’s company sponsors, DOW! Teams must have no more than 6 members. We will accept 6 undergraduate and 6 graduate teams.

On the 27th, a Friday, the first round of the competition as well as a kickoff event will take place from 6:00pm-9:00pm. The main part of the competition will be the following day from 8:00am-6:00pm.

TLA Executive Board Openings

The Logistics Association is looking for driven students who would be interesting in joining the executive board for the 2015/2016 academic year.
